Self-guided programs from Quicio

Q · for quicio, the hinge a door turns on

Train each joint for the job it actually does.

Some joints are built to move. Others are built to hold steady. The Q Method programs train them in that order, from the feet up, so you can follow a coach's plan on your own schedule.

The method

Move where you should move. Hold where you should hold.

Your joints alternate jobs from your feet to your hands. When a mobile joint gets stiff, the stable joint next to it starts moving to make up for it, and that's usually where aches and compensation show up.

Every Q Method session follows the chain: restore range at the mobile joints, build control at the stable ones, then load the whole pattern with strength work.

  • STABILITY

    Foot

A solid tripod on the ground that every standing movement is built on.

  • MOBILITY

    Ankle

Lets the knee track over the foot in a squat or lunge.

  • STABILITY

    Knee

Stays aligned and controlled under load.

  • MOBILITY

    Hip

Rotation and hinge range so the joints around it don't take over.

  • STABILITY

    Pelvis

A level, controlled base that connects your legs to your trunk.

  • MOBILITY

    Low back

Controlled movement through the lower spine, not a frozen block.

  • STABILITY

    Rib cage

Stacked over the pelvis so you can breathe and brace under load.

  • MOBILITY

    Upper back

Rotation and extension for overhead work and better posture.

  • STABILITY

    Shoulder blade

A steady base for every push, pull, and press.

  • MOBILITY

    Shoulder

Full, pain-free reach in every direction.

  • STABILITY

    Elbow

Locks in and transfers force through every push and pull.

  • MOBILITY

    Wrist

Range to set up a push-up, front rack, or overhead hold without strain.

  • STABILITY

    Hand

A firm grip so force gets from your body into the bar, bell, or floor.
